Local Demolition company looking for someone to add to the crew as we are right in the busy season of construction and remodeling. Requirements: Valid DL and Reliable Transportation Physically and Mentally fit to work manual labor in a fast paced environment daily. Ability and desire to be taught new ways of doing things Team work mentality with keen awareness of efficiency in working Desired Qualifications in a Crew member: Great attitude every day. Hard worker with an attention to the details! Basic construction knowledge in all areas will be very beneficial Endurance- able to finish the job strong! Long, hot work days are brutal but we as the hired professionals have to fight through and finish the job as our clients expect us too! Work well with others and communicate effectively About the Company: We are a small business that’s been operating full time now for just over two years. Based out of Golden/Denver, we do service clients all over the area with him a 30 mile radius (think Boulder, to Castle Rock, Evergreen to Aurora) We specialize in interior residential demolition that offers a clean, quick, and affordable option for our clients. We take the extra time to prep jobsites with dust control and temp protection by sealing off the areas with plastic and covering the floors that will be remaining, as well as do a thorough clean up and vacuum of everything before calling a job complete. You don’t necessarily have to have a lot of experience but you do need to have a desire to learn and execute efficiently. This is not a job where you go to a routine place and punch a clock on a routine schedule and work and go home. The job isn’t done until we get it done, and there’s no lack of hours even with giving an honest days worth of work.
