We are looking a handyman to do the following.
Clean facilities by sweeping, garbage etc. ยท Perform maintenance and light repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobs.
Manage general maintenance duties such as general grounds landscaping, mowing and snow removal
Willing to train the right person.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a cell phone.
Great hourly wage based on experience.
Compensation: Vacation/Holiday's: Overtime
