Our goal is for you to have a blast as you dance your way to becoming a Bollywood star- from the comfort of your own home! Start & end the week right by burning those calories while learning our choreography from our expert instructors. In-Studio ClassFor indoor training, we only allow a maximum of 12 participants. Participants signing up for the in-studio workshop must present their vaccination card and ID to the instructor (Rangeela check-in) at the start of class to receive a bracelet that will allow them to be mask-free at Flow Fitness.
