We have been in business for over 30 years and are located in Pensacola, FL. You will learn the full process of dying apparel in a fast paced production industry. ***MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.*** Please see below for duties and requirements. Hours of this position: 08:00am-06:00pm Monday-Thursday Job Duties: Work in our Tie-Dye Dept: Prepare Shirts, Rinse Shirts, Dye Shirts, Dry Shirts, Package. - This is mainly what we'll be hiring for. Only sometimes will it be needed to assist in other departments. May Assist Screen-Print Dept: Unload & Load Shirts, Dryer Catching, Squeegee Cleaning, Etc. May Assist Sublimation Dept: Shirts Down Dryer, Press Shirts, Cut Paper, Print Paper, Etc. Takes responsibility to stop the production process as soon as you identify an issue. Properly sorts misprints and defective shirts. Consistently accurate in counting. Count and stack shirts as quickly as they come off the dryer. Pull blanks to be printed for upcoming jobs. General warehouse work. Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 LBS. Ability to listen and take direction. Ability to work beyond normal hours, and weekends, during busy season. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to remain attentive. Reliable Transportation. Experience in screen printing is preferred but not required. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management Organizational skills and ability to administer project and time management Attention to detail and a ‘get things done’ attitude **Please note our warehouse is NOT air conditioned. It gets HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $9.00 /hour Review on pay-rate following first 90 days of hire.**
