Join Skål Beer Hall for a five course pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! End a summer weekend with our Valhalla Dinner Series! For our next dinner, we welcome our friends from Terramar Brewing in idyllic Edison, WA. They join us on Sunday 7/11 for a five course dinner and beer/cider pairing worthy of the gods! Terrarmar is one of our favorite breweries/cideries in the state. We are stoked to be featuring a wide range of their beers and ciders, most of which cannot be found elsewhere in Seattle. All five courses will include a 5-8oz beer/cider pour. There will be two sessions at 2p and 6p. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Rose pickled herring with lefse chips paired with Summer In OsloFrom the Pasture: “Spam” Musubi and chili sauce paired with Experimental AmberFrom the Land & Sea: Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo paired with Castaway IPAFrom the Woods: Soy Venison Loin and sea beans paired with Strawberry Berliner Weisse From the Baker: Strawberry Shortcake with Sea Salt Caramel paired with Pride'r Cider You'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
