I'm a CEO & Mama seeking a personal assistant for our family of four humans and five pets. I need a part-time partner in action to support our full life, and to help me create the space to do what matters most. Anticipated hours to start are 5-8 per week, with some flexibility on the days. Most assignments will occur during the weekdays, with occasional weekend support as needed. Tasks & Responsibilities include: - Book appointments - dentist, doctor, vet, car service, etc. - Run errands - oil changes, groceries, car wash, returns etc. - Light chores - water plants, feed pets, organize & pick up - Manage supplies - track, order, organize - Book travel - family and work - Deal with mail & deliveries - Occasional transportation for kids to activities - Other tasks and assignments as needed Our family consists of me, my partner, my 11 year old daughter and 9 year old son, two cats, two rats, and a ball python named Genie. If you don't like kids or are allergic to cats or terrified of snakes or you think pet rats are weird, then this is not the role for you. We're fun, active, progressive, mostly silly but sometimes serious, and our ideal assistant will not just work for us, but become a critical part of making the most of this chaos we call life.
