Sandusky St. This restaurant was opened in response to many of individuals he worked with being under or unemployed and just not fullfilled in their vocational options. J. Gumbo's Delaware started in business in April 2012, housing a training program, BELL inside it. Despite funding options becoming nonexistent, the BELL (Business Education Learning Liaison) Program perservered. J. Gumbo's has won many local awards and March of this year was awarded a SCORE American Small Business Championship.
