Deep Relaxation with Himalayan Singing Bowls You will be guided into a full body relaxation along with the harmonics of the Himalayan Singing Bowls. As you get to a relaxed state, Sneha will continue playing the bowls to restore and rejuvenate your being. The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative state. The resonance of these bowls penetrates us on a cellular level. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body. Therefore, the sound and vibration produced from these bowls help to release any blockages from the chakras and promote overall wellness. You can either sit or lie down for this relaxation meditation. Please bring a yoga mat if you would like to lie down, you can also bring pillow/ blanket to make yourself comfortable.
