Join SEEK Studio in Sugarhouse park for a celebratory PRIDE FLOW! Pride month at SEEK is a celebration of you — your individuality, your belonging, your love, and your presence in a greater community that appreciates you for who you are! Join us for our annual PRIDE FLOW to join the celebration and share the experience of movement, strength, and love with your community. The PRIDE FLOW will be held outdoors in Sugarhouse Park (directions below) and is open to all levels. Come as you are to celebrate who you are! After class we have giveaway gear and goods from lululemon and SEEK to share with a few lucky participants. Please bring a yoga mat and water and plan a few minutes to park and find us in the grass! Tickets to the PRIDE FLOW are donation based and all proceeds will be donated to Encircle Utah, an LGBTQ+ youth and family organization. Please pay what you can to help us support this valuable community resource! LOCATION: Park on 1700 E. just south of Highland High School. The park is on the west side of the street. We meet at the base of the grassy slope west of 17th and just south of the Highland fence-line. You will see us near the covered picnic shelter, just east of Parley's creek.
