Keep 100 unit park in good operating order Rent collection Market homes on craigs list and Face book Cut the vacant lots and common area Trash clean up with common areas daily Purchase needed repair materials and keep detailed inventory As needed work inside mobile homes for rehab, paint, electrical etc, Light tree trimming Must be able to work consistently with very little direct supervision, be trustworthy, dependable, professional apperance and actions and a can do attitude, work fast and be a quick problem solver Preventive maintenance on all equipment Reports directly to community owner. Company truck provided for on site use Full time 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM Saturday Must live on site, home provided
