Fence installer, Foreman with business management for new Fence compan

I am looking for a skilled fence installer and fence foreman that has business management skills to help with my New Fencing company I just opened up this April in Spokane. I've owned and managed a small fence company in the east coast for 17 years and was inspired to live out west and create a new company, and so I moved here this January. Some of my company goals and mission is: Offering a very customer friendly approach to the way we do business. Offering quality workmanship and being true to our commitments, while being open for change in the traditional full time approach to a job. (some of my help in my business out east, only work part time and I like allowing for that) And leading by prayer and encouragement for our company, for each employee and for our clients and their homes. Encouraging people to be all they can be and bringing wholeness to our team and our clients. We are a faith based company and I hope that those who would want to join the team would desire more meaning in their life. This is a new company and so I am looking for people that are willing and interested in growing with me. From what I've heard, many of the other fence companies are booked out until the end of the year right now, so I believe there is opportunity out there, but for now we don't have the calls coming in and we are in the process of creating a website. So initially the opportunity is just part time. I have an ad posted right now under temp help for a current fence repair we are doing where we need a helper for a two day job. Experience is necessary! Related experience helps too. Having your own vehicle and drivers license is necessary. Fence building does involve lifting heavy things. Pay is negotiable based on experience. $20-35/hr.
