Description

I am looking for someone who will take pride in keeping our buildings clean, organized and secure. Duties would include daily walk throughs to check for any potential maintenance issues, ie: replace bulbs, check for water leaks, remove trash and make sure exterior doors are locked at all times. Scope of work would also include some light handy work, painting, clean outs, minor repairs. Possibility to live on site if we can agree on terms. Background check required, this is a 1099 position, you will be responsible for reporting your taxes.
