Your ticket gets you a four pack & a 16oz pour on RELEASE DAY.Gabagool is a Capicola inspired Hazy India Pale Ale dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic,Idaho 7 & Motueko. Mouth watering? You betcha.Five Pounds is Seven Stills core Hazy IPA brewed with five pounds of mosaic hops per barrel. Gabagool is a collaborative beer that we brewed with our kitchen, lead by multiple Michelin star awarded Chef, Joseph Humphrey. The beer is a Hazy IPA that was dry hopped with over 120 pounds of Simcoe, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Motueka hops. Our culinary team created a capicola stock that was added to the beer post primary fermentation (prior to dry hopping) to add the nuances of a capicola sausage to the back of the beer.
