Come out and show us your classic ride! The City of Temple's Love Where You Live Neighborhood Planning imitative is hosting a community engagement event for the TMED District. Through the Love Where You Live Initiative, the City of Temple is developing a plan for the TMED District in which we work along side residents to identify concerns, values, vision and goals for the neighborhood. This event is part of a larger community engagement effort that will provide valuable feedback as we work through the planning process. The highlight of this event will be a classic car show and we want you be be a part of it! There will be 5 divisions Rat RodsClassic CarClassic TruckBest in Show People's ChoiceThe winner of each division will receive a cash prize and trophy! The rules are as follows: Year of your car must be 1980 or priorAll registered cars must be in place by 9:30a, you may begin to arrive at 8aEach car must remain in place until the winners are announcedA representative of the car must be present in order to be announced as winnerIf registrant must leave prior to announcement arrangement must be made in advanceWinners will be announced at 2p.
