Shine Conference 2021 | September 9-11 Join us for Shine Conference 2021 as we return to Waterville Valley! We are excited to gather together with the ladies of Granite United Church and New England Network churches to worship and fall deeper in love with Jesus!! This year we will be offering CONFERENCE ONLY tickets. You will reserve your hotel room on your own. CONFERENCE ONLY TICKET PRICE - $130 HOTEL INFORMATION You will need to call and book your own hotel room. Group pricing will be updated soon. However, they have a limited number of rooms with kitchenettes (fridge, microwave, hot plate) upon request. These hotels also have the best discounted rates. Together they lead and pastor a church for people to find life in Jesus. They love making Jesus known, and His Church the most exciting place on the planet. They live in Morton, IL and have five children; Isaiah, Adalyn, Titus, Judah, and Luke. FAQs What is Shine Conference? The Shine Conference is a great opportunity for women from New England network churches to come together to have an encounter with God, connect with other women and have a lot of fun along the way. Shine exists to equip and empower women at each stage of life to understand their true worth and to build a strong identity in who they are in Jesus Christ. We believe that there is true beauty in womanhood and that there is something beautiful that happens when we gather together united under one cause – to make the name of Jesus known. Shine is a place where you will discover how you can know God in such a way that inspires others to do the same. Are there minimum age requirements for the event? Our Shine Conference is designed for women over 18 years of age. And while we LOVE our children, this time is important for us women to connect with each other and grow deeper with God so we can be the best woman, wife, mom, friend, daugther that we can be! How do I reserve a room? This year we are only selling conference tickets. This will allow you to decide how many people you feel comfortable staying with. Determine your roommates then call and to reserve a room for you! What if I don't know that many people? You are not alone! We have all been when we didn't know a lot of people, but then we met some amazing people and friendships grew! We work hard to pair you with people from the same campus and similar age bracket. If possible, we will attempt to connect you with them before Shine Conference so you can talk ahead of time! What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Plan plenty of time to arrive prior to our first Session at 8pm on Thursday. Carpool options are often available and can be coordinated with your roommates or others from your campus or church! Each hotel has it's own parking lot. It is a short walk or car ride to the event center where our hotel will be. Plan to either walk or drive to the conference sessions! What can I bring into the event? The best thing to bring to the Shine Conference is FRIENDS!!! Share our Shine Facebook Page and Shine website to your friends! During the Conference Sessions, it is important to bring a Bible to follow along, something warm to put on in case it is cool in the conference center. There is an indoor pool at the rec center, so bring a bathing suit if you are interested in relaxing by the water! There are food options in the downtown area, but many of the rooms are equipped with their own kitchen! The kitchen includes a fridge, stove and dishwasher. What's the refund policy? Refunds are able to be processed prior to the closing date of registrations which is August 10. After that date, there refunds will process only if we are able to fill your space. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please bring a paper ticket or have the email ready on your phones to register. But if you aren't able to provide the ticket, we can still search by your name. Is my ticket transferrable? Yes, if you are unable to attend and you are gifting your ticket to someone else you are able to transfer the information.
