Full Moon Energy and sacred Cacao to help us open our hearts and live with love in our hearts! Let’s honor this amazing place, this ‘aina, we call home and gather to share this sacred plant medicine, Cacao. Mama Cacao has been used for many centuries as a sacred medicine of the heart. In our modern times, the heart can feel neglected and closed off. We take this time to share this sacred medicine of the heart and nourish our bodies in the beautiful full moon energy. Connection and community is an important part of fully embracing life. My intention is to bring you all together to create a synergy of love which will ripple out to our families and friends. Things to bring: -blankets/pareos, comfy warm stuff -yoga mat -Bring your own Cacao Mug -Land offering of any kind: flower, fruit, little crystal etc. -Handheld lamp(optional) **Ceremony will be led by Anela Bird. **Anela is a practicing acupuncturist, death doula, and spiritual integration guide and coach here on O’ahu. **She holds events, women’s circles, shamanic journeying, and cacao ceremonies throughout the year at different locations.
