Your dinner options include either: - Bourbon BBQ Smothered Chicken Breast Quarter *(deep fried, bone-in whole breast with wing attached; smothered and baked in specialty sauce) served with authentic NOLA Red Beans and Rice with Cajun Smoked Sausage Links, and Sweet Buttered Corn Bread Muffins OR - Classic Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya this dish includes sautéed boneless chicken breast pieces, Cajun Smoked Sausage Link Slices, ground spice Cajun sausage blend, with a red sauce base combined with rice. For desert you will be served some Old Fashioned Praline Pecan Candy Cake (3 layer white cake; creamy praline crunch filling; white butter cream icing; topped with candied pecans and praline candy crumbles!)
