Opportunities and Challenges of Immigration
Break*Down educational luncheon by PCRW seeks to: break down political issues, give you the raw facts, cover hot topics, provide excellent speakers and give monthly congressional updates. All are welcome!
The Pennington County Republican Women will host Qusi Al-Haj discussing the opportunities and challenges of immigration, during their monthly meeting on Thursday, July 15 from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the second-floor ballroom of the Alex Johnson Hotel in downtown Rapid City. Al-Haj, Deputy State Director & Air Force Advisor for United States Senator John Thune, will provide an in-depth look at immigration and the impact on the U.S. economy, national security, population demographics and politics.
The program begins with a buffet luncheon at 11:30 a.m., and will last until 1:00 p.m. The fee to attend with lunch is $20 with pre-registration before July 12, or $25 at the door. Guests may also attend without lunch for only $5.
