Concord-Padgett Regional Airport DBE Stakeholder Meeting In compliance with the Federal Regulations, 49 CFR Part 26, the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport is in the process of developing its FY 2022 – FY 2024 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program goal updates. We are soliciting input and feedback from representatives , minority and women-owned businesses to assist the Airport in the establishment of its DBE goals. We invite you to participate in a meeting to discuss the proposed goals, as well as the availability of potential DBEs at the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport, opportunities for DBEs, and the Airport's effort to increase DBE participation.
