The Pretty Princess Pageant celebrates all girls and embraces both their inner and outer beauty. The purpose of the Pretty Princess Pageant presented by The Profound Brown is to bring awareness to the beauty that all young girls exude while spotlighting an array of positive role models, of multiple ethnicities. In a time where cultural competency and racial equality are highly emphasized, participants will not only showcase their beauty through aspirations, talents, and formal wear; they will also attend empowerment sessions focused on multi-cultural literature that exemplifies the uniqueness and resiliency of brown and indigenous persons of color.
