We are a family owned and operated firewood delivery service based in Austin, Texas. We supply naturally seasoned, quality firewood to our customers all across the Lone Star State. Excellent customer service is our top priority, and our drivers are at the core of our customer experience. We are looking for drivers with honesty, integrity, and dependability in order to provide our customers with a top-notch experience. You will be able to cash out weekly and earn 100% of your own tips! This is not your typical delivery driver job- you must enjoy working with your hands, breaking a sweat, and earning the satisfaction of a hard day's work. What You’ll Do · Drive your truck to deliver firewood to commercial and residential clients. · Load, transport and unload firewood from suppliers safely and accurately. · Provide quality control of all products leaving the wood yard. · Effectively navigate to customers using our driver interface. · Professionally interact with clients using our digital customer interface. · Treat all customers and their agents with courtesy and respect. What You Need · A vehicle capable of hauling firewood (pick-up truck, truck and trailer, flatbed trucks preferred). · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in an extremely physical environment. · Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes in temperature extremes. · Must be a self-starter with high energy, a positive attitude, and dependability. · Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with flexibility and level-headedness. · Must be able to multi-task and follow instructions while paying attention to detail. · Must understand basic use of technology (smartphone, navigation apps, customer interface apps, camera). · A clean driving record. · Willingness to submit to a drug test and/or background check.
