This is the first of a series of discussions on the rights of homeowners in a Minnesota homeowners association situation. This is the beginning of a series of discussions for homeowners in a Minnesota homeowners association situation. It is designed to education and inform about what the law does and doesn't say, resources, and identifying resources that are available. In addition, these conversations are also designed to generate interest on having your voices heard at the capitol to enact some new legislation to offer protections for homeowners. Seating is limited at the library, and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. However, if you are not able to attend and still want to share your story, please do that, too.
