This is a great opportunity to manage a state-of-the-art energy efficient home on one acre! Location: Los Gatos Schedule: Part-time = 20-25 hours per week; opportunity for more hours depending on the projects Children: 13 and 16 year olds Duties: Oversee 6,500 square foot smart home, hire and manage vendors, screen and research designers, manage household projects such as making the home energy efficient. This house has a lot of automation with custom features, so this person must be comfortable and proficient in those areas.
