We are looking for a Maintenance / Service Technician to join our team! Requirements - Maintenance Service Technician Working knowledge of general plumbing, basic electrical, and general home maintenance Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Has reliable truck and basic maintenance person tools Able to lift at least 50 pounds Professional in demeanor and appearance - Customer service oriented Able to communicate effectively both in oral and written correspondence (this position involves the need for clarity and accuracy in paperwork and work orders) Well organized as this position requires you to create and maintain your own schedule on a weekly basis Bilingual is a plus, but not required Pre-employment drug screening required Job duties - Maintenance Service Technician Providing maintenance services to tenants throughout Whatcom and North Skagit County and surrounding areas as assigned This position requires technician to drive 4-8 hours in a day.
