Labor Finders is immediately looking to hire JANITORS / CUSTODIANS to work for an area company that has an urgent need. Multiple Openings - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Weekly Pay! Position: Cleaning Crew ( Janitor / Custodian) Floor Care Specialist / Day Porters also needed in some locations. Pay: $16.25-$18/Hour Location: Multiple Locations in San Mateo/Santa Clara County Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Day: Monday - Friday (Some weekends may be required) Responsibilities Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap) Wipe mirrors and windows May Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.) Various other related duties Follow and perform COVID Cleaning protocols Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age to apply. Some experience as custodian, janitor, housekeeping, cleaning, day porter, floor care specialist or in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances is preferred. Must must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
