We are a mobile home community looking for experienced maintenance personnel in the Mountain View area. We are looking for someone that possesses technical abilities (safe handling of tools), is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and will provide an honest full day’s work. Qualities that make a maintenance person successful are being a great team player, being safety conscious, and being able to work supervised or unsupervised. We would like to arrange in-person interviews soon. Only candidates with maintenance experience and a valid driver's license need apply.
