Our office and warehouse is located in Novato with convenient access to Golden Gate Transit and the Smart Train. Free parking is provided. We are seeking a motivated, service- and detail-oriented self-starter to assist in our warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with hours M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM. Responsibilities include: • Pulling itemized stock from sales orders and verifying accurate quantities/producer/vintage • Completing bill of lading forms • Palletizing shipments and stretch wrapping palletized cases • Moving stock as needed to accommodate upcoming shipments • Unloading and receiving 20 & 40-foot containers • Reconciling wines received and quantities against purchase orders received from containers • Scheduling/coordinating outgoing shipments with order desk and truckers • Attending daily morning huddle meetings to update team on pending orders • Monitoring forklift maintenance/charging • Participating in monthly inventory reconciliation • Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe workspace environment Qualifications: • Must be able to work legally in the United States • Forklift certification, proficient and adept with stand-up forklift • Must have previous warehouse experience with references • Must be computer literate with Windows, Microsoft Office experience • Must have the ability to climb ladders up to 20’ • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, multiple times a day • Ability to work for a prolonged amount of time in a 60-degree environment • Must be self-motivated, reliable, punctual, personable and detail-oriented • Positive attitude and a team player Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. • Employer-sponsored medical, employee-sponsored dental/vision/401k programs; paid holidays and vacation.
