I propose that we issue special "WHITE" license plates for every Illinois citizen who cannot prove the existence of non-white forebears, where "white" and "non-white" mean pretty much whatever we want them to mean. This will help gangs know which cars it is OK to pull drivers and passengers out of and execute, like dogs... and which cars it is NOT OK to pull drivers and passengers from, and execute, on the street, like dogs... and then, everyone will be happy. Er, everyone who's 'connected', that is.
