Re-homing Puppy

We are looking for a new home for our puppy. My wife and I would like to give her a home that can dedicate more time and training to her. She is a Chihuahua and Shihtzu mix - 17 weeks old now and fully vaccinated. Weighs around 8.5 pounds and we expect that she would be 12 to 14 pounds. She is super playful and good with kids and we have taught her some commands already. She is not completely housebroken and hence needs further puppy training. Looking for a family that have kids or another dog as she needs company and time. Someone with prior puppy experience would be great too! There would be a small rehoming fee. Please provide a description of your family and home.
