Looking to Metal Detect at old houses/yards in Logan Sq./Avondale

Hello, My name is Tom, and I've recently picked up a metal detecting hobby. I normally hunt at parks and beaches, but I'd like to branch out a bit and try searching at some homes in my neighborhood. I'm looking for homeowners (or property owners) in Logan Square or Avondale that would grant me permission to metal detect in their yard. I can assure you that I will take great care of your yard and will make sure that I leave the ground as undisturbed as possible. I only use a small hand/gardening shovel, and have lots of practice digging a clean "grass" plug and replacing it as soon as I find my item. I'd be happy to share any finds with the homeowner, if that's of interest, but it will mostly be trash that I'm pulling out of the ground anyways :) Please email me if you are interested, and thank you for reading.
