Anyone looking to form a gigging band that doesn't play the same songs as everyone else? Let's play some B sides. Let's play deep tracks in addition to the crowd favorites. Let's avoid covering certain bands, like CCR, for example. :-) Let's stretch a bit. Get them to dance without pandering. Are you in? I've played bass with gigging bands playing everything from boomer cover-band rock to jazz, blues and Motown, but now want to be part of something different - let me know if you agree that there is another path to fun.
