I am posting on behalf of my mom, who has more than 20 years of experience. Every kid she has taken care of, she always showed love and care like its her own child. She herself has raised 4 children. She has amazing work eithics and has never been late and has only taken less than 4 sicks days in the last 2 years. She mainly speaks Hindi/Punjabi, but understands some english. She can explain anything related to the baby easily in english. She also has CPR and first aid training. We are in san jose south (communication hills) and will like the family to be nearby that she can ideally walk to. But we can always talk about commute options. The rate is between $21-$25, which is dependent on the responsibilites. We are also looking for Full-Time only. 40hrs minimum.
