HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found roaming on Whitney Avenue near the off-ramp of Exit 61 of the parkway, according to the animal control. Anyone with information is asked to call 203-230-4075.
