We live on the third floor of the apartment building no AC. Unit gets all day sun! We have ferrets and a dog and a cat in this house and we need an AC ASAP. Willing to pay reasonable prices for a used or new one and will pick up if not half the state away :) We are panting and dripping sweat please help us get some cool air so no one needs to go to the ER.
