Will governor inslee mandate air conditioners?

I don't doubt that all over Puget Sound today, "Air Conditioners" saved people's lives. I also don't doubt that we are entering a new normal. Do you suppose that Governor inslee, or even King County will mandate the life saving capacities of Air Conditioners? I will bet anybody my life savings that that will never happen. Remember, government is about control through convenience, not convenience for the sake of convenience.
