I am in need of a flexible babysitter for my 12 yr old special needs son. He has down syndrome and is a breeze to watch...he is an introvert so he pretty much hangs out in his room and plays on his devices. Other then having to feed him and wipe his butt he is pretty self sufficient. But I need flexibility because I drive for a living and my days change often. Some early morning and then some later at night but never later then 630 pm
