We are a Grounds Maintenance CO, We will be holding open interviews July 7th, 8th and 9th from 12pm - 3pm 1939 Belgrade Ave Unit 8 N. Charleston Grounds Maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance and beautification of the landscape of our customers. Responsibilities: Follow safety policies and procedures without exception. Mow lawns using a riding or push lawnmower. Trim edges arounds walkways, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, and bushes. Apply pesticide. Apply fertilizer. Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle salt in winter months. Cut down tree limbs. Trim shrubs and other tall plants. Rake, mulch, and prune grounds as needed. Install rock, cement, sand, and other landscaping material as directed. Perform other similar and related duties as assigned. Requirements: Must pass background check. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50lbs independently. Ability to build relationships with management and fellow employees. Ability to stay on task while working independently.
