Large fluffy black dog was lying at the corner or Northglen and W. El Camino, up from Northgate & W. El Camino. Had a blue collar on it. Seen about 1pm Monday and has been reported to City Animal Services. If that was your dog, contact the city. Sorry for that poor dog and the owners. = (
