Cleaner & Janitorial Employee (25-30 hours/week) About Us Five Star Janitorial is a locally owned and managed small business. Five Star Janitorial provides cleaning services to property managers and HOA’s throughout the greater Denver, Littleton, and Aurora areas. Job Duties: Employee will be responsible for interior and exterior common area cleaning and up-keep on properties in Denver and Aurora areas. Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to: • Trash pick-up on grounds/common areas • Restroom cleaning • Sweeping/blowing stairwells • Graffiti removal • Clubhouse cleaning • Window washing • Light bulb replacement • Vacuuming • Dusting • Collection and disposal of trash • Pet waste management/removal. Compensation We know money matters to you. For this position our industry-competitive pay starts between $15 to $18 an hour, depending on experience. We give our employees annual performance reviews to reevaluate pay based on performance. We also offer paid mileage for driving, a bonus program, and time and a half for worked holidays. Requirements: • Available Monday – Friday, 25-30 hours/week • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and proof of car insurance • Cell phone • 18 years of age • Drug and smoke free • Passing a background check • Ability to occasionally lift 45lbs overhead We are really excited to have the right person join our team and encourage you to apply today!
