We are currently seeking experienced Managers to join our Leadership Team. Store Managers play a vital role in our organization. They are responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their Teams, ensuring our Guests receive fast and friendly service, maintaining operational excellence as per MYO standards and helping to build profitable sales. Store Managers report directly to the General Manager(s) and are accountable for all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
The role will be responsible for managing inventory, preparation, and day-to-day operations of your store. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills, is detail-oriented, customer service-motivated, and business-minded with the ability to think outside of the box.
Job Requirements
Qualified applicants will have 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience;
A demonstrated history of profitability, familiarity with implementing cost controls;
Basic office/computer skills, and strong team leadership capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Criteria:
Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Oversee all financial and personnel related administrative duties, and ensuring all is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
