MIDI help! iOS with Fx pedals & connectivity

I have overwhelmed myself with my gadgets. I know what I want to do but I need help with the correct cables and inputs/outputs to make my vision possible. Can you help me? I have invested in a lot of equipment and putting it together to use it the way I want to (and know it can be done because I’ve seen YouTube videos of people doing it without explaining their back-end set-up configuration) is a process that I feel has eluded me. I am female and a musician and want to create a specific sound with the equipment I own which would allow me to be a mobile sound-scape studio that uses very little equipment. I have keyboards with midi/ Korg kaosillator/ drum pads and novation launch pad as well as many other cool electronic equipment that I’m going to link together. The missing piece is now YOU.. my mentor/collaborator. I am looking for a chill 420 dude that wants to vibe and hang and figure this stuff out together. (Nothing sexual but I am seeking a guy who understands this stuff and I don’t know any women who are equipped to answer these questions - but if you are female and know more about this than I do - then please advocate for yourself - I’m listening with keen ears). This is a posting that is a long time in the making for me. I really wanted to figure this all out for myself. I’m on the edge of creative precipice and I admit that I cannot make the leap without YOUR help. If this at all piques your curiosity then please tell me with in MIDI iOS speak how you know my plight. Perhaps you answer my query with inquiry - as in “I need to know XYZ before I can even begin to know your situation “ then I will reply. I am open to age/race/location and am really hoping that we can create something that is phenomenal.
