June 21: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) and petty larceny were reported on Alex Court in Lake Grove at 2:15 a.m. Someone stole cash from a 2018 Ford parked in the driveway of a home, police said. Someone stole medication from a 2017 Kia Sportage parked in the driveway of a home, police said.June 20: Burglary (second-degree) was reported on Clover Drive in Smithtown from June 17 at 6 p.m. Jewelry was stolen from a house after a burglar entered through an unlocked back door, police said.
