KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES: This individual will be responsible for a specific divisional project gaining key approvals and providing updates on extensive marketing collateral. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, service, and servicing techniques. Plans and execute social media marketing strategy plan Use social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online. Plan events, write and promote articles on USS services, rich practical experience in online Uses social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online Plan events, write and promote articles on oneself, rich practical experience in online promotion, understand the features of social media, and raise the influence of the communities and the attention they have through online operations Builds relationships and collaborates closely with the State Agencies Continuously develops and delivers best marketing practices across all initiatives Manages, tracks, and responds to all customers in a timely manner Assists the department Managers and Assistant Managers with coordinating training needs, materials, and scheduling Assists the senior management by creating, updating, following, and evaluating a monthly Marketing plan for the Training Division Identifies, Builds, Leads, and Strengthens positive business relationships with our old and new Business Clients Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing professional networks and participating in professional networking events Additional responsibilities as needed QUALIFICATIONS: 0-2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales &Marketing. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
