Description
Resident Maintenance person needed for small apartment building in central Urbana. Duties include monitoring CCTV and WiFi systems, odd jobs, mowing and grounds maintenance, etc. Prefer handyman, contractor, or property manager. Retired is OK. Must have own vehicle; should have own tools and be computer literate for email, document printing and scanning. 4-6 hours of work per week. Will require living here in our apartments.
