We are currently hiring to fill a new supervisor position. This individual must be able to lead/oversee and perform, punch out/ light construction and painting. Work will consist of but not limited to replacement, installation or repair of cabinets, countertops, bathtubs, vanities, vinyl flooring, drywall, doors, windows, toilets, roofing, siding, window trim, sidewalks, fencing, cleaning and more. This individual will have tools for the trades and need to have a great knowledge of work experience as well as people and communication skills. This person must also possess the ability to teach new and existing employees trade skills in a respectful positive manner, prioritize work load and scheduling to insure effective and efficient performance. A clean driving record is preferred as well as a clean background. Compensation for this position will be $18-$25. Per hour starting out.
