Need work done on brick and stucco

I have stucco house with brick surrounding it, and the brick is starting to bow out and fall off. I'd like the brick to either be repaired or else replace the wall with stucco and use the fallen brick to make a garden. Let me know what you can do, and if you have any eperience with this kind of repair!
