Looking for a handyman to manage 15 Units throughout Portland, Westbrook, Cumberland. The skill set required is as follows. -Need to work well with tenants and provide great service and professionalism -Must understand basic electrical (smoke detectors, outlets, lights). -Light Plumbing basic leaks, and fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms. -Drywall, Mudding, Sanding. (Mostly patch work.) -Painting Emergency Calls after 6:00 pm est are paid double. The position will also entail posting notices and weekly rounds to all the properties making sure the outside of the property is properly maintained and the inside hallways are always cleared from debris. With photos and updates sent to me. Most often the calls are very random via the tenants and you must have a work truck and your own tools. Most jobs are about 2-6 Hours. Larger projects we can bid on for efficiency. $25/H Starting after 3 months $30/H and at 6 months $2,000.00 sign on bonus. Please email resume.
