Wanted: free range kitties

Looking to give a good home to an outdoor cat or two (ferals welcome). Cats would have the option to come indoors anytime they like, but would also have insulated and heated cat houses in my garage all year round, as well as heated water bowls, and would be fed wet and dry food daily. My neighbors on both sides, across the street, and I, take care of multiple feral and rescue cats. Besides giving them a good home and happy life, they are also great at discouraging rodents from making their home on our properties and keeping them out of the gardens. Even if the cats don't actively hunt the rodents, their presence seems to keep them mostly away. I have 2 other cats at the moment, 2 black males that are super friendly to all of the other cats. They are indoor/outdoor, which any cats I adopt would also have the option to be. I would prefer that they were fixed and had their sshots,but if not, I know of a local rescue that will do all of that for next to nothing. I also have no problem with paying a rehoming fee.
