Electrical outlet and security camera mounting

I need the following to be done by a person appropriately ELECRICALLY qualified, and who is also willing to mount security cameras (as described here): 1. Outlet installed behind wall mounted TV - outlet is to be directly above that which currently exists near baseboards. 2. Merge bathroom exhaust fan and bathroom light to one switch. I do not yet have the switch but will see if I can get the correct one from Home Depot. 3. Outlet installed outside under eaves for purpose of supplying power to front door outdoor security camera, AND mounting of the security camera under the eaves ( I have the mount). Installation will require a ladder. There is an outdoor outlet directly underneath. The new one installed should be installed near the camera, and any extending wires are to be appropriately concealed/protected (from weather etc). 4. Outlet installed inside the garage for purpose of supplying power to an indoor security pan camera, AND mounting of the security camera high on the inside of garage walls (I have the mount). There is a light switch lower on that wall. Outlet should go directly above that, up high near the camera and any exposed wires to be concealed/protected. 5. Mount outdoor wire-free (battery operated) security camera outside above the garage door, AND appropriate installation/mounting of the solar power panel to power it. A ladder is required as this will be positioned high above the garage door under eaves. 6. Install RING doorbell Pro on front door. From reviews I know that many have blown transformers or fuses through their own installation, but there are many in my townhome community here who have installed the same and never had an issue. Will leave it for someone who knows what they are doing. I can pay $35/hr CASH, but expect it to take no longer than a day. Need it done by this Saturday afternoon, please. Thanks Robyn
