"Chucky" Orange Male Tabby Cat - All Shots, Neutered, Healthy

Unfortunately we are needing to rehome our 1 year old orange tabby cat (about 10 pounds). We found him in the park next door to our house at approximately 3 weeks old, abandoned and we nursed him back to health. We were going to keep him, but it turns out that my fiancé has a severe cat allergy that we did not know about - once Chucky hit adulthood it's just been absolutely miserable to deal with. After many failed attempts at allergy medications, we have decided that it is easier to just find a new home for Chucky. He is litter box trained, has had all of his kitten shots (I have paperwork), and comes with a clean bill of health from the vet (FIV negative). He is also neutered. Originally we had purchased the "kitten package" from our local vet which included every single vaccination, as well as an overall health check for the final appointment. There's absolutely nothing wrong with him and he is extremely well-acclimated to being in a multi-pet household - he especially loves our two border collie dogs (see pictures). My fiancé is a dog trainer and we've actually taught Chucky to come to his name, sit, stand up and a few other basic tricks. He's a very, very loveable cat and extremely friendly towards people and other animals. He also has very little interest in going outside at all, however you could probably turn him into an indoor/outdoor cat with some acclimation. Chucky is also trained to only scratch at the cat posts that we have trained him on - this was a fair amount of work but he leaves furniture alone at this point if you provide him with his cat posts to scratch at. I am asking for a small $40 rehoming fee (negotiable). He comes with two cat scratch poles, two litter boxes, bag of cat litter, and a large bag of cat food.
